Baptism
Many parents like to give thanks to God for the birth of their child within an act of worship.
Bromsgrove Methodist Church gives a choice of thanksgiving/dedication service or infant baptism, according to the parents’ wishes.
Baptisms/dedications are normally included during the 10.30 a.m. All Age Worship on Sunday, but exceptions can be made in consultation between the Minister and family.
Some people opt for baptism as an adult on confession of faith. This can be by full immersion or by anointing with water.
